Executive Vice President (Remote) (Public Safety)

Location: Remote - Texas, United States

Salary: $190,000–$218,000 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire the executive team to achieve business targets and maintain a strong customer-focused culture.
• Set the strategic direction and lead operational objectives across sales, support, product development, and professional services.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
• Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets in collaboration with the management team.
• Develop leaders and provide detailed quarterly briefings and monthly business updates to senior corporate executives.
• Establish long-term technology strategies across all product lines with the Public Sector Group leadership team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience at a senior leadership level.
• Experience managing a multifunctional group of at least 75 team members.
• Experience managing a complete profit and loss statement for a business with at least $15 million in revenue.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Law Enforcement and Justice market.
