US Country Head (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a US strategic plan aligned with hirify.global’s overall objectives.
• Increase market share, expand the customer base, and identify new revenue streams.
• Build relationships with regulators, partners, and industry experts.
• Oversee new product and feature launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report operational, financial, customer acquisition, and product usage metrics to the C-suite.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in financial services, fintech, investment management, or a related field.
• A proven track record of launching and scaling operations in new and existing markets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Understanding of local financial services regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with and leading diverse professional teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant investing and Islamic finance.
