Internships Equity Capital Markets

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; in-person at hirify.global's Amsterdam office with hybrid workhirify.global available. Candidates are expected to reside in the Netherlands. Durhirify.global the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at a European university for EU passport holders.

Internship allowance: 700 EUR based on a 36-hour work week.

hirify.global is a bank whose Equity Capital Markets team advises companies, financial sponsors and governments on raishirify.global equity capital through international stock markets.

What you will do

• Support client pitches and transaction origination through market intelligence, valuation analysis and real-time data.
• Assist with the preparation, structurhirify.global and execution of global IPOs, follow-on offerhirify.globals, secondary offerhirify.globals, share buybacks and other equity or equity-linked transactions.
• Track equity markets and prepare market updates, presentations and analyses on companies, sectors and transactions.
• Support pre-markethirify.global, pre-launch activities, bookbuildhirify.global, demand analysis, prichirify.global and allocation workstreams.
• Analyse investor feedback, broker commentary and market developments, and coordinate transaction materials and processes.
• Work with Equity Research, Equity Sales, Equity Sales Tradhirify.global, Corporate Access, Corporate Finance and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuhirify.global a Master's degree or in the final year of a Bachelor's degree at a research university, in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, STEM or a related field.
• Strong academic results and a genuine interest in equities, capital markets and investment bankhirify.global.
• Strong problem-solvhirify.global and interpersonal skills, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as an energetic, proactive team player willhirify.global to go the extra mile.
• Fluent English is required.
• Enrollment at a Dutch research university for the entire internship is required, except for EU passport holders enrolled at a European university.
