Treasury Senior Analyst (Fixed Term)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Candidates must be eligible to work in the European Union.

Salary: €2,600–€2,800 gross monthly

hirify.global's Finance organization includes Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations, with Global Cash Management supporting the company's cash management platform.

What you will do

• Monitor and action securities settlement, foreign exchange, and investment transactions against trading cut-offs and settlement deadlines.
• Prepare bank account and securities reconciliations and maintain related automation.
• Perform callback verification for new or changed beneficiary banking information.
• Complete monthly and quarterly SOX controls supporting accurate financial reporting.
• Participate in technology, automation, and AI initiatives across cash management, securities settlement, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to resolve inquiries, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with securities settlement and/or payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and effective communication skills.
• Ability to balance daily responsibilities with project work.
• EU work eligibility and willingness to work from the Vilnius office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Treasury management system, preferably Calypso.
• Experience with Workday and OneStream for ERP and general ledger reconciliation.
• Project management experience.
• Experience streamlining and improving processes.
