Community Operations Lead

Building Super Intelligence technologies and applications, including community programs supported by internal infrastructure and operational tooling.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal tooling and infrastructure for Ambassador, student, and new community programs.
• Identify operational gaps, automate manual processes, integrate external platforms, and build custom workflows.
• Own application reviews, onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag logistics, vendor coordination, and event operations.
• Build data infrastructure and dashboards with Revenue Operations to connect program data to company-wide tools and track ROI and conversions.
• Act as the main operational contact for ambassadors and internal partners, improving resolution times for issues and questions.

Requirements

• Deep operations experience building scalable databases, workflows, and automations designed for future growth.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and global event operations, including time zones, currencies, international shipping, and local regulations.
• Strong bias toward action and the ability to deliver practical solutions quickly.
• Strong interest in community and ability to build relationships with community champions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work on greenfield problems as an early hire on a rapidly growing team.
• Fluency with Cursor, Databricks, Luma, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, CRM, and Clay.
