Workday ERP Consultant (Workday)

Location: Contractors must be based in Poland.

Salary: 90–120 PLN/hour on a B2B service agreement.

hirify.global operates a fast-growing transportation business with a People Enablement Tech Department supporting HR technology systems.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and improve HR solutions using Workday, Greenhouse, and other HR systems.
• Implement and optimize technical and functional HR processes, identify gaps, and improve existing business processes.
• Work with HR, IT infrastructure, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and key users to ensure stable systems, seamless data flow, and automation.
• Support system and acceptance testing and document test results thoroughly.
• Consult stakeholders and project participants, build trusted relationships, and act as a competent point of contact.
• Expand the existing Workday implementation with customizations supporting a fast-growing company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant for Workday.
• Experience with implementation projects and stakeholder consulting throughout project phases.
• Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Compensation, 3rd-party payroll integration, Talent & Performance, Absences, or Workday Integrations modules.
• Experience with Headcount Plan.
