Principal IAM Governance

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; work authorization in the U.S. is required, and employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, organize, monitor, and deliver technology services and projects, including code, unit tests, and support documentation.
• Provide application architecture and big-picture oversight for new and enhanced technology solutions.
• Support technical design and guide architects, developers, QA specialists, and other team members through development, testing, and deployment.
• Review documents, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Maintain availability standards for supported systems and applications.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Requirements

• Seasoned multidisciplinary expertise with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
• Knowledge of information security, software development, database systems, information technology concepts, and IDM industry standards and products.
• Experience determining business-unit goals and resources and assessing and developing staff capabilities.
• Experience managing architects, developers, QA specialists, consultants, and other teams in large cross-functional environments and complex projects.
• A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• Strong enterprise technology experience with the J2EE stack, PCF cloud-based architecture, and database modeling.
• Experience implementing IDM use cases, including identity processing, access requests, access certification, approval workflows, and provisioning connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Cisco, or SANS.
