What you will do

• Serve as the initial contact for complex client and partner inquiries about bank products and Treasury Management services.
• Gather and analyze information to resolve complex issues or refer inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Communicate action plans, timelines, and status updates while documenting client calls and preparing reports.
• Analyze inquiry trends, identify potential problems, and recommend process and account setup improvements.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls, communicate service issues, and cross-sell relevant products.
• Provide leadership on escalations, projects, training, and product or service enhancement recommendations.

Requirements

• Five or more years of client servicing experience with related Treasury Management products.
• Knowledge of bank products gained through training or professional experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
