Billing Manager (Testora)

hirify.global is developing Testora, a self-discovery app that helps users explore personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through tests, personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking.

What you will do

• Monitor billing-efficiency KPIs, including authorization rates, risk metrics, and cost optimization, using detailed analytics.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with payment providers.
• Research popular payment methods across different markets.
• Collaborate with product managers, support, finance, management, and development teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Billing Manager or Anti-Fraud Manager.
• Experience with chargebacks, refunds, performance metrics, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and formulate hypotheses and solutions for assigned problems.
• Experience with payment service providers including Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, Checkout, and others.
• Confidence working with orchestration platforms, 3DS, payment tokenization, chargeback protection, Amplitude, Jira, and Tableau.
• Solid knowledge of alternative payment methods such as PIX, Blik, Cash App, and Revolut.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

• Experience in the financial or banking sector.
• Experience working with payment systems.
• Understanding of unit economics and data-driven decision-making methodology.
• Experience creating technical requirements for developers and running A/B tests.
• Experience negotiating with business partners.
