What you will do

• Create, edit, publish, and maintain content and web pages across global and localised enterprise website channels using an enterprise content management system.
• Build new pages and enhance existing experiences using approved requirements, components, and patterns, ensuring clarity, accessibility, responsiveness, and audience suitability.
• Manage content requests and publishing activities, clarify requirements, coordinate inputs, and deliver accurate work to agreed deadlines.
• Edit and adapt source content for digital audiences while preserving meaning and brand voice.
• Perform pre- and post-publication quality assurance covering accuracy, links, functionality, responsive presentation, accessibility, metadata, brand alignment, and user experience.
• Support taxonomy, tagging, metadata, redirects, SEO, content audits, digital asset management, and localised or multilingual publishing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital, publishing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Two or more years of experience in website content management, digital publishing, web production, or a related role.
• Practical experience using an enterprise content management system such as Acquia or Drupal to build, update, and maintain web pages.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and quality-assurance skills, with the ability to adapt content for digital audiences.
• Working knowledge of SEO, metadata, content structure, accessibility standards, and responsive web-content practices.
• Experience organising and maintaining digital assets within a digital asset management system or comparable platform.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience supporting localised or multilingual content and translation workflows.
