Senior Clinical Content Manager

What you will do

• Lead editorial content for at least two clinical specialties on the Springer Medicine platform.
• Monitor developments in clinical fields and identify relevant topics and educational gaps for healthcare professionals.
• Manage the content pipeline across journal articles, news, congress hubs, CME, newsletters, and social media.
• Commission and create webinars, podcasts, expert interviews, and clinical trial summaries.
• Represent the platform at international conferences and build relationships with clinical experts.
• Support innovation projects that improve audience engagement and user experience while maintaining scientific and clinical accuracy.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in medical, biological, or natural sciences, ideally with research experience.
• Editorial experience as a content editor, journalist, or medical writer for a scientific publisher.
• Ability to attend and report from specialist conferences and meetings, including international travel.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering CME or IME.
• Experience delivering content for online platforms.
• Additional language skills.
