Company

hirify.global delivers anime and manga content to over 100 million fans across more than 200 countries and territories through streaming, theatrical, games, merchandise, and events.

What you will do

  • Own LATAM release readiness across simulcasts, dub drops, catalog launches, and priority title moments, managing dependencies, owners, dates, and risks.
  • Coordinate with Global Programming, Content Operations, and Localization/Dubbing Operations on language availability, publishing schedules, holdbacks, delivery status, and market requirements for Spanish LATAM and Portuguese Brazil.
  • Establish and maintain regional QC for subtitle and dub availability, language mapping, metadata, artwork, episode sequencing, playback readiness, and other fan-facing content issues.
  • Monitor priority launches, triage issues, coordinate escalations, and drive resolution with global and regional partners.
  • Maintain operational data across Airtable, content schedules, trackers, and downstream planning tools, while providing accurate reporting on readiness, localization status, defects, and operational performance.
  • Define handoffs, service levels, and operating rhythms; partner with Curation, Lifecycle, Brand, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Product, and GTM teams to improve workflows and reduce recurring defects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content operations, media supply chain, streaming operations, localization operations, broadcast operations, or digital media QC.
  • Strong understanding of episodic release workflows, subtitles, dubbing, metadata, asset delivery, publishing schedules, and content-quality processes.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets and languages, ideally including Spanish LATAM and Portuguese Brazil.
  • Strong program-management skills for managing high-volume release calendars, dependencies, and fast-moving escalations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, a strong quality mindset, and judgment to distinguish critical fan-impacting issues from lower-priority defects.
  • Experience with Airtable, Jira, CMS or content scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and workflow platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across regional and global teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to use data to identify recurring issues, measure operational performance, and improve processes.

Nice to have

  • Passion for anime, streaming, entertainment, or fan-first products.

Culture & Benefits

  • Values include courage, curiosity, kaizen, and service.
  • Annual compensation includes salary and performance bonus earning potential.
  • Flexible time off policies.
  • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance, plus HSA and FSA programs.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match, commuter benefit, new-parent support, and pet insurance.
