Business Performance Director (Biopharma)

Location: United States - Remote, with onsite presence required for critical workshops and planning sessions.

Annual salary: $175,418.75–$237,331.25 USD.

What you will do

• Build executive-level business cases, including financial analysis, and develop transformation strategies for key initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end organizational change management for transformation programs across processes, technology, workforce, risk, and communications.
• Establish initiative governance, maintain 12-quarter plans, integrate milestones, and manage interdependencies across programs.
• Develop value realization measures, targets, plans, and reporting to track progress and support executive decision-making.
• Design capability frameworks, oversee role-based learning and training, and manage internal and external delivery partners.
• Lead structured problem solving, stakeholder engagement, communications, facilitation, risk mitigation, and readiness activities.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience, or master’s degree and 7 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience in business transformation, organizational change management, strategic planning, or program management.

• Strong transformation, financial, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, executive messaging, and organizational storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with initiative leadership teams, working independently, and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in regulated, quality-sensitive environments, preferably biopharma, with an understanding of transformation delivery and business impact.
• Ability to integrate learning, knowledge, and change management to drive sustained performance.
• Experience influencing a global, matrixed organization and leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience designing scalable workforce processes, governance frameworks, or capability strategies.
• Strong program and project management capability, including navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and delivering measurable outcomes.
