Program Manager (Biopharma)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States

Salary: $101,000–$138,600 per year, with potential variation based on qualifications and experience; annual bonus eligibility is also provided.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships, accounts, communications, expectations, and third-party vendor coordination for assigned portfolios.
• Manage projects from award and kick-off through close-out, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, communicate status and changes, and facilitate client and cross-functional meetings.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, align stakeholders around project objectives, resolve conflicts, and support collaborative delivery.
• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and coordinate mitigating actions based on stakeholder input.
• Manage program strategy, contracts, change orders, budgets, forecasts, invoicing, vendor payments, and proposal support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of industry experience, including some direct project management experience.
• Current or planned PMP certification required.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Proficiency in English and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and ability to make and meet commitments.
• Math proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project, and comfort using computer interfaces.
• Ability to perform light physical work, including limited periods of walking, sitting, or standing and occasional operation of keyboards, monitors, or equipment.
