What you will do

• Develop production timelines and lead workflow coordination, including logistics planning, schedule reviews, and pre-production meetings.
• Attend commercial photography and video shoots to coordinate talent, locations, props, and meals.
• Maintain budgets, photo and video forms, storyboards, talent contracts, insurance documents, and other production records.
• Communicate with multiple internal and external departments to keep production logistics on track.
• Apply an in-depth understanding of brand DNA to support customer segments.
• Model People First, Total Ownership, Candid Communication, Innovation Leaders, and One Team Mentality values while working with the creative team.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent work history in a similar field.
• 3–5 years of commercial-level experience producing photography and video.
• Experience with commercial photography and video production processes, including working with directors, professional talent, onset culture, photography and video terminology, and equipment.
• Mac proficiency and ability to work with spreadsheet applications such as Google, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work with presentation applications such as Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
