What you will do

• Support the planning and delivery of hirify.global Foundation employee engagement and volunteering initiatives, including Volunteer Summit execution and 40 Days of Doing Good preparation.
• Coordinate with regional public relations teams to support global communications objectives and programs.
• Organize external stakeholder visits, events, and activities and provide logistical support for government affairs events.
• Engage policymakers, industry representatives, academia, and key opinion formers in stakeholder outreach.
• Write, edit, and coordinate media releases, reports, testimonies, congressional inquiry responses, and other public materials.
• Support public policy initiatives, government outreach programs, research, consensus-building, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in government affairs, educational programs, public policy or relations, philanthropy, project management, or a related field.
• Four-year or graduate degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, Science, Business, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Experience planning missions, operations, events, or projects and managing competing deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt when circumstances change.
• Ability to write, edit, proofread, and prepare information for media, specialized groups, the public, government officials, and government organizations with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work with international teams, coordinate subject-matter-expert input, and drive consensus among stakeholders with differing perspectives.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and evaluate multiple factors using analytical and creative approaches.
• Military experience demonstrating relevant planning, operational, event, project, communication, and adaptability capabilities is directly relevant.
