DevOps Engineer (AWS/Azure)

hirify.global's Developer Platform team supports CI/CD pipelines, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and services used by development teams.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure foundational developer platforms and internal tools.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD workflows across AWS and Azure multi-cloud environments.
• Automate and manage cloud infrastructure with CloudFormation, Terraform, and Bicep.
• Design and manage secure AWS and Azure networking, including VPC/VNet, routing, DNS, and load balancing.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications and platforms on Kubernetes, including EKS and AKS.
• Build and maintain ingress controllers, service discovery, observability tools, and deployment automation.

Requirements

• Customer-focused, data-driven approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, automation, infrastructure as code, networking, microservices architectures, object-oriented design, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python, Groovy, or Go.
• Experience applying software engineering best practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, security, source control, build processes, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, chaos engineering, and self-healing operations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, CloudFormation, Terraform, New Relic, Lambda, Serverless, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, and Jira.
