Senior Staff DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote from Mexico or Brazil

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for consistent, automated, and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Collaborate with software development and operations teams across build, testing, release, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to support reliability and performance.
• Maintain and optimize cloud-based and on-premises environments for availability, scalability, security, and operational stability.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and system issues; maintain documentation and identify operational improvements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or a related technical field.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows system administration and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, system availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage competing technical priorities.
