Premium Agent Network Officer (Fintech)

Location: Abidjan office with frequent travel to upcountry locations in Côte d'Ivoire. Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire is required.

What you will do

• Identify, assess, select, and acquire locations for premium agent outlets in collaboration with other teams.
• Gather premises requirements, negotiate with landowners, and obtain approvals for outlet contracts.
• Coordinate outlet setup, including contractors, local licensing, required materials, branding, and activation activities.
• Train and assess Premium Agents and their assistants on hirify.global products using the agent training manual and checklists.
• Approve completed outlets, conduct handovers and initial training, and coordinate with agent management and liquidity sales teams.
• Monitor agent performance, customer feedback, mystery shopping, outlet churn, maintenance, contracts, insurance, service providers, rents, and landlord relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in French and a decent level of English.
• Located in the desired location or willing to relocate.
• In-depth knowledge of the hirify.global product and agent network, with the ability to explain the product to agents and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, initiative, and ownership of projects.
• Clear and proactive communication, effective coordination, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Leadership and people management skills, with comfort in field-oriented operational work.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with Excel, and able to adopt new tools.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak local languages.
• Knowledge of supervising and monitoring building works.
