What you will do

• Independently lead complex technical initiatives within the Marketing Technology team.
• Design, develop, and maintain systems for customer journey automation and real-time targeting.
• Explore technical needs and propose effective solutions for internal and external customers.
• Mentor and support developers by building technical understanding and encouraging curiosity.
• Establish and follow strong engineering practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development and deployment experience with distributed multi-tier applications.
• 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience using AWS technologies at scale in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Business fluency in written and verbal English.
• Full-stack proficiency with technologies such as Java, NoSQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience delivering customer-driven software products at high scale in a fast-paced, technology-first, rapid-growth company.
• Experience taking a lead role in delivering complex software systems and delegating work in parallel to accelerate delivery.
• Experience promoting high-quality standards in documentation, unit testing, code reviews, test automation, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills for navigating complex and ambiguous situations.
