Associate, Ongoing Client Readiness (KYC/AML)

What you will do

• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements related to Client Due Diligence, Know Your Customer, Customer Identification Program, and Anti-Money Laundering.
• Apply regulatory guidance to daily operational activities and maintain adherence to compliance standards for client onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
• Verify, validate, and authenticate client information, documentation, and legal entity agreements for new and existing clients.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate risk factors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in client data.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and internal stakeholders on risk assessment information and inquiries.
• Support process improvements, prioritize time-sensitive requests, and meet service-level expectations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Regulatory Science, or a related field, plus one year of experience in the offered role or a related role; or a Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields, plus three years of relevant experience.
• One year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or three years with a Bachelor’s degree using Alteryx for data analysis and workflow development.
• Experience using SQL to prepare and run queries for Rolling Review items.
• Project management experience involving application enhancements, User Acceptance Testing, test script generation, and coordination of testing with business stakeholders.
• Experience identifying risks in daily business processes, designing controls, mitigating risk, and pursuing Straight-Through-Processing workflows.
• Experience analyzing and solving reference data discrepancies and managing exceptions.
• Experience designing test documents, executing test scripts, and monitoring production environment rollouts.
