Industrial Lead, Lund (Manufacturing)

Location: Lund, Sweden; on-site at the Lund headquarters, with visits to contract manufacturers for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and drive industrialization activities to secure efficient production ramp-up.
• Maintain an overview of the industrialization process and critical path while managing details when needed.
• Coordinate and lead test and production builds at global contract manufacturers.
• Identify quality, sourcing, and production risks; own, communicate, and proactively manage industrialization risks.
• Represent Supply Chain requirements during new-product reviews and hand over robust supply chains to line operations.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
• A few years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing, and/or supply chain.
• Experience working in projects and improvement activities.
• Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Interest in technology, problem-solving ability, personal drive, and self-leadership skills.
• Ability to understand both detailed issues and the broader picture.
