Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid, office-first, with the possibility to work remotely for 52 days per year. Relocation assistance is available for employees and their families.

What you will do

• Build complex, reliable systems and impactful products across hirify.global Group businesses.
• Optimize cross-border logistics through machine learning.
• Architect high-load B2B systems and develop service infrastructure with AI agents.
• Create LLM-driven internal tools and use modern AI tooling to accelerate development.
• Drive business impact through technical excellence, data-based decisions, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Track record of building complex, reliable systems.
• Deep understanding of the full stack, from infrastructure to ML serving.
• Confidence using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot as extensions of engineering capabilities.
• Ability to make decisions grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
