Business Analyst (QA)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal

Work on a technological hub in Portugal developing innovative solutions and supporting operations in business investment banking and financial services.

What you will do

• Analyze business and quality assurance needs for investment banking and financial services solutions.
• Design test cases and maintain test documentation.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Work with SQL and UML in the analysis and testing process.
• Use Agile methodologies and collaborate through Jira and Confluence, including Jira Xray.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Solid experience in test case design.
• Experience with SQL and UML.
• Knowledge of Jira Xray and test documentation.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and/or SoapUI.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or Cucumber.
