VIE Operational Readiness Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Porto, Portugal; on-site at hirify.global Securities Porto.

hirify.global operates pan-European market infrastructure, with securities services covering issuance, custody, and settlement across Portugal, Denmark, Norway, and Italy.

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into business requirements in collaboration with business owners.
• Create traceability matrices and develop and validate user test cases.
• Maintain test data across testing environments and support test strategies and plans.
• Execute, supervise, and coordinate user acceptance testing, reporting results to stakeholders.
• Manage defects, prepare test reports, and support SCRUM teams with operational readiness activities.
• Identify improvements in quality assurance, test automation, and user acceptance testing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in business management, finance, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience working in international, collaborative teams and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment.
• High proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in another European language.
