Senior Product Manager (AdTech)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must already be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Manage web and mobile app products in AdTech, retail media, or e-commerce.
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Work with ad-serving capabilities including placements, targeting, tracking, reporting, and inventory management.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders in English and influence teams without direct authority.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in AdTech, retail media, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of ad serving, including placements, targeting, tracking, reporting, and inventory management.
• Experience with web and mobile app products.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate clearly with stakeholders in English.
• Fluency in English at B2 level.
• Availability for fully remote work while already based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with an ad server or AdTech platform such as Kevel or Google Ad Manager.
• Experience with self-service tooling for advertisers or suppliers.
