Solution Manager B2B Platforms (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid working: 40% in the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly; with manager approval, working abroad within approved countries is permitted for up to 3 weeks per year, with a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks.

Gross annual salary: €71,500–€105,000, including FlexBudget and an 8% holiday allowance; a bonus or collective profit sharing may apply depending on the role.

What you will do

• Lead the B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team responsible for platform change delivery and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage and develop an internal team of approximately 8 FTE, including Microsoft Dynamics, Data, and Test Automation engineers, solution consultants, and functional maintenance specialists.
• Own the delivery, stability, reliability, performance, and operational continuity of the Delivery and Billing platforms, including UMAX 365, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and CRM.
• Translate B2B business requirements into technical roadmaps, standards, best practices, and actionable backlogs.
• Work with the Revolution programme team on transformation workstreams and collaborate with internal business stakeholders and programme leads.
• Manage external suppliers and partners against contracts, budgets, SLAs, quality, timeliness, and performance standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in a team management or lead role with direct HR responsibility for a sizeable team.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven supplier and partner management experience, including holding third-party delivery teams accountable against performance standards.
• Project or programme management experience in large transformation programmes, including leading workstreams and collaborating with programme leads and stakeholders.
• Demonstrable accountability for delivering and running solutions using industry-standard platforms at enterprise scale.
• Strong knowledge of standard software packages and implementations; Microsoft Dynamics F&O experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills for bridging technical vendors and business stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of platform stability, reliability, and performance, solve delivery challenges, and maintain technical alignment.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships from engineering teams to senior business leaders.
