Head of Data

🚨 New Job Opening at Pinpoint 🚨

We're hiring a Head of Data (UK, remote). Our data platform already powers our internal reporting and RecTrends, our public benchmarking site, and now we need someone to own where it goes next.

As our first data leader, you'll set the data strategy and build it yourself, reporting to Freddie Hammond, our CFO, and working closely with our CEO on a customer-facing data initiative we haven't launched yet.

What you'll do:
🎯 Set a data strategy the whole business understands and works from
🧬 Own our Google Cloud data platform end to end, from pipelines to the data dictionary
🧩 Give our product managers the tooling to get usage data themselves
📊 Build clear, simple views that help CS, Sales and Marketing act
🔍 Own our customer intelligence platform and RecTrends, our public benchmarking site
🤝 Partner with leadership to turn ideas into data products people actually use

There's no team under this role, and that's by design: you set the direction and do the building.

If you've built a data stack yourself in a lean team, shipped data products non-technical people actually use, and use AI every day with the engineering depth to know when it's wrong, we'd love to hear from you.
