QA & Automation Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Gush Dan, Israel

What you will do

• Define comprehensive test strategies based on system architecture and business requirements.
• Design and implement the QA automation strategy, framework architecture, test scenarios, and automation best practices.
• Analyze system architecture, distributed systems, microservices, integrations, and critical testing risks.
• Participate in system design reviews to improve testability and collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Drive continuous integration and continuous testing, including automated metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Partner with product and development leads to define quality gates and release criteria.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA automation experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and testing approaches.
• Experience designing test strategies for data science teams.
