Apprentice / Global Merchandising - HUGO BOSS and/or Core Brands Fragrances

What you will do

• Support project managers in developing temporary in-store animations for fragrance launches, focusing on visibility, brand image, and consumer experience.
• Design and deliver temporary in-store materials for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with design and artwork agencies from creative brief through production, follow-up, and feedback to local markets.
• Translate creative concepts into technical briefs for purchasing and local production.
• Support project management by tracking deadlines, delivery, and implementation of merchandising assets.
• Create merchandising guidelines, conduct competitive benchmarking, and update planograms using IWD software.

Requirements

• Master 1 or Master 2 student, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or trade marketing in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
• Proficiency with the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
