Creator Strategy Assistant – Internship (6-month) January 2027 (W/M/NB) (Gaming)

What you will do

• Support the deployment of global content creation strategies for hirify.global game brands, including Rainbow Six Siege X and Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
• Implement creator activation projects, coordination tools, and processes with local Creator Strategy Managers.
• Coordinate with studios, brands, community, communications, and regional stakeholders to respond to local requests.
• Help coordinate global industry events such as hirify.global Forward and Gamescom.
• Track creator activations, consolidate performance reports, and analyze campaigns using established metrics.
• Monitor industry news, creator strategy trends, competitors, and relevant case studies.

Requirements

• Student status and familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, especially YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
• Strong interest in video games and familiarity with the content creator ecosystem.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong coordination, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Diplomatic approach and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling presentations.
