What you will do

• Shape the product development roadmap and influence key product decisions with the team.
• Identify growth opportunities and formulate hypotheses based on player behavior and market trends.
• Turn hypotheses into mobile game features and develop them into strong concepts.
• Collaborate with Game Designers and Analysts to create high-quality GDDs.
• Take features through development and analyze their results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Lead Game Designer in mobile gaming.
• Experience working on midcore mobile games, ideally squad-based battlers.
• Strong hands-on experience with squad RPGs and a solid understanding of key competitors.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming market trends and player behavior.
• Strong product analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Logical and systematic thinking.
• Strong results orientation and a solution-focused mindset.
• English proficiency sufficient to read documentation and clearly articulate thoughts.
• Fluent Russian.
