Senior Game Producer / Product Owner (iGaming)

Location: Anywhere, remote, preferably Europe close to the CET timezone. Assistance with relocation to Cyprus is available.

What you will do

• Oversee the full game development process from ideation through release.
• Develop and maintain detailed Game Design Documents covering all relevant features.
• Coordinate art, sound, mathematics, development, and QA teams throughout production.
• Contribute ideas for game mechanics, themes, and player engagement in collaboration with the CPO.
• Run playtests, evaluate feedback, and refine gameplay and game balance with mathematicians.
• Monitor risks, milestones, priorities, post-launch data, performance, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Game Producer, or in a comparable game development role, ideally in iGaming.
• Deep knowledge of slot game mechanics, player psychology, and market trends.
• Experience managing development pipelines and producing detailed documentation such as GDDs.
• Proficiency with Jira and Notion.
• Strong written and spoken English, communication, teamwork, project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and enthusiasm for creating player-driven game experiences.
