Our flagship game, Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle , consistently ranks in the top word puzzle games in the US: 🏆 #1 in the Cryptogram niche by downloads ✏️ #2-3 in Word Games 🧩 Top 10 Puzzle Games in the US for the last 6 months We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our R&D team.
What are you working on?
- Genres: Puzzle, Casual
- Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Supervise one of the areas of product development
- Conduct market research
- Analyze product metrics
- Based on this analysis, formulate product hypotheses and implement them together with the team
- Develop a roadmap for the direction and be responsible for its execution from the product perspective
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Solid and successful experience in mobile gamedev as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer/Product Manager ; casual/puzzle games development is a plus
- Solid knowledge of mobile games trends and features
- Solid knowledge of game/product design
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills
- Ability to analyze the market
- Knowledge of monetization trends
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Russian fluent
