UWB System Validation Team Lead (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead validation leads and validation engineers contributing to multiple projects.
• Provide technical guidance to junior and senior engineers and hands-on support for technical challenges.
• Plan system validation and proof-of-concept projects with technical and non-technical experts.
• Drive innovation in customer solutions and internal validation approaches.
• Contribute to product definitions by discussing use cases with technical domain experts and business partners.
• Support end-to-end validation, interoperability testing, and performance KPI validation across hardware, firmware, software, and security components.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of industrial experience in system development or system validation of UWB or RF products.
• Deep understanding of embedded firmware development, signal processing, debugging, and testing.
• Strong expertise in laboratory setups and measurement instrumentation for RF products.
• Experience with embedded C and Python.
• Experience leading a team of approximately 10 engineers across short-, mid-, and long-term activities.
• Good English writing and speaking skills.
• Good communication skills for alignment with peers and architects.
• Curiosity and an interest in thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work consciously and reliably on security-related tasks and assignments within the scope of security certifications.
