Global Intercompany Accountant (Medtech)

What you will do

• Support regional and global reporting requirements, including monthly balance sheet and P&L fluctuation reviews.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger close processes.
• Enhance financial processes, tools, templates, and reporting activities for Regional Controlling.
• Collaborate with finance teams, non-finance teams, and external providers to maintain shared processes, tools, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, audit requirements, and local rules and regulations while strengthening financial controls.
• Support local, regional, and global projects and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a multinational environment and/or audit.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, diplomatic, flexible, and problem-solving skills with a “can do” mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE, Blackline, and W-Desk.
