Full Stack Engineer (Palantir Foundry)

Location: Remote; US citizenship and an active DHS Public Trust clearance are required. Travel: 0–20%.

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain Java, Spring Boot, RESTful, microservices, and Palantir Foundry solutions for DHS mission systems and operational workflows.
• Analyze, program, debug, test, and troubleshoot applications across environments, including periodic Help Desk support for end users.
• Implement unit tests, remediate SonarQube findings, and maintain technical and user-support documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, cloud deployments, and infrastructure using Jenkins/CloudBees, Git, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security and performance best practices.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of application development and/or Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services.
• Experience building and enhancing Java/Spring Boot applications integrated with Palantir Foundry, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with MVC architecture, JDBC, Struts 2, Maven, JQuery, and Node.js 22+.
• Proficiency with React 18+, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Experience with MQ or Kafka; Oracle 19c, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and SQL optimization.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments; AWS services including EC2, CloudWatch, load balancers, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with Terraform, RedHat Ansible Automation Platform, Jenkins/CloudBees, and Git.
• Familiarity with AppDynamics, DataDog, Docker, Kubernetes, application frameworks, microservices architecture, containerization, and cross-platform interoperability.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
