Scheduling Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA, US; full-time on-site

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define ownership for project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology and align schedules with execution, contracting, procurement, and project control plans.
• Establish schedule baselines, manage periodic updates, and maintain fully integrated schedules at multiple levels of detail.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between project partners, providing schedule analysis and progress reporting.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions, attend risk analysis workshops, support the QRA process, and resource-load schedules as required.
• Develop scheduling best practices and procedures, review external schedules, and mentor the scheduling team to deliver quality and client value.

Requirements

• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience on life sciences or mission-critical projects.
• Detailed-oriented and quality-focused.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
• Experience working with Primavera P6 software.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Atlanta, GA.
