Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Argentina) (Fintech)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered financial companion for Latinos in the US, combining conversational interfaces with real-time infrastructure for remittances and other immigrant financial services.

What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices, including core components of the chat platform.
• Build, deploy, and iterate on web, mobile, and conversational interfaces for remittance services.
• Design and manage infrastructure supporting millions of daily requests and real-time messaging.
• Develop backend services using Google Cloud services and established industry standards.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business teams.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to improve chatbot effectiveness and conversational experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build, ship, and iterate on software applications with real-world impact.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.
• Passion for building products that positively impact millions, commitment to continuous learning, and willingness to explore new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, contribute innovative ideas, prioritize work, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.

• Curiosity and/or experience in Fintech.
