Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A (Cybersecurity SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, Mexico City, Mexico; based at the Mexico City Center of Excellence.

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning in Anaplan with functional leaders.
• Analyze headcount, operating expenses, pipeline coverage, sales capacity, margins, and investment returns.
• Build, maintain, audit, and evaluate scenario-based Excel financial models covering base, upside, and downside cases.
• Prepare budget-versus-actuals reviews, explain material variances, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Develop Tableau dashboards, KPI scorecards, executive reporting, and quarterly business review materials.
• Consolidate and validate data, support month-end close and reconciliations, advise stakeholders, and automate FP&A workflows using approved AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic financial analysis, or a related discipline; enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud software, networking, or cybersecurity experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including dynamic financial models, scenario and sensitivity analysis, complex formulas, data consolidation, and model controls.
• Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or another enterprise planning and forecasting platform.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting in Tableau, Power BI, or a comparable business intelligence tool.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial controls.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted productivity, analytics, automation, or content-generation tools responsibly and securely.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into concise insights, clear narratives, and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and stakeholder-management skills across distributed global teams.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials.
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud software, networking, or cybersecurity.
