GPU Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, US, California, Folsom; employees split time between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

Salary: Annual salary range of $255,850–$361,200 USD for US roles.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and integrate software enabling AI features across hirify.global products.
• Optimize GPU AI workloads for performance, power efficiency, and scalability using benchmarks and simulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define requirements and deliver solutions across the software stack.
• Validate, debug, and refine software for functionality and compatibility with AI-driven applications.
• Develop and enhance reference software to maximize customer value from hirify.global AI products.
• Support pre-silicon architecture recommendations through workload simulation and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of GPU software development experience; or a master’s degree with 8+ years; or a PhD with 6+ years.
• Demonstrated expertise in GPU software architecture, design, and development.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Java.
• Strong expertise in artificial hirify.globalligence, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of graphics APIs and compute frameworks, including DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenCL, or CUDA.
• Experience developing software across multiple stack levels, including drivers, firmware, and application layers.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and optimization techniques.
• Proven ability to debug complex software issues and conduct thorough validation.
