Sr. AI Operations Specialist — Sales Operations (AI)

Location: New York; San Francisco, California; USCA

Salary: $100,000–$171,950 USD annual base salary, depending on pay zone. Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, deploy, monitor, and fine-tune AI agent workflows that automate repeatable Sales Operations requests.
• Own a portfolio of automated workflows end-to-end, including agent-to-human escalation paths and performance optimization.
• Translate operational standard operating procedures and business requirements into agent designs.
• Identify workflows for automation, diagnose cross-system integration issues, and lead data quality remediation.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Strategy, Planning, and Data Engineering stakeholders across enterprise systems.
• Support critical business processes, including annual planning cycles, and influence Directors and Senior Directors on automation priorities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, systems administration, or business process automation, ideally in high-growth technology companies.
• Understanding of APIs, data schemas, integration patterns, and how enterprise systems connect.
• Experience using LLMs, agent platforms, and automation tools to solve business problems, with sound judgment about automation versus manual oversight.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or automation workflows.
• Proven experience designing and improving operational workflows with a systems-oriented approach.
• Ability to gather requirements across multiple teams and influence Director-level stakeholders.
• Self-motivated approach and ability to make progress with AI tools without waiting to be unblocked.
