Senior FMS Program Management Analyst Support (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support one or multiple F-16 Foreign Military Sales programs for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM directorate.
• Plan, organize, complete, and present program and project management assessments, analyses, studies, and procedures.
• Evaluate projects, programs, processes, and policies, and recommend improvements; collect and analyze manpower data for existing and new programs.
• Prepare documentation for Letters of Request and Letters of Offer and Acceptance in accordance with the AECA, SAMM/DSCA Manual 5105.38-M, and DoD acquisition processes.
• Gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information for program managers and foreign customers; prepare briefings, reports, meeting records, plans, and discussions.
• Coordinate foreign disclosure approvals, domestic and foreign travel, visas, passports, country clearances, security requirements, and support for foreign liaisons.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline, including at least 5 years in the DoD; or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
• At least 10 years of administrative or analysis support experience is recommended.
• Two years of experience in a DoD acquisition program is recommended.
• At least one year of Foreign Military Sales experience.
• Extensive administrative skills and knowledge of FMS policies, processes, applicable guidance, fighter aircraft technology, and USAF administrative guidelines.
