Senior Media Buyer (Paid Social)

Location: Remote within the European Union, with applicants located within approximately ±4 hours of CET.

What you will do

• Own paid social acquisition end to end across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Snapchat, and additional networks, including planning, launch, optimization, scaling, reporting, and documentation.
• Scale acquisition profitably in the US market while managing CPA, FTD, ROAS, payback, player LTV, and cohort targets based on real revenue data.
• Build account structures, conversion events, value-based bidding, budget allocation, attribution, and signal-quality processes.
• Lead high-velocity creative testing with clear hypotheses and kill/scale rules, while identifying new audiences, formats, placements, campaign types, and channels.
• Manage policy-sensitive advertising operations, including disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, account health, backups, recovery plans, and prevention processes.
• Work with platform representatives, diagnose performance changes, document learnings and playbooks, and use Claude and automation for builds, QA, reporting, and optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social or user acquisition experience.
• Large-scale acquisition experience in the US market.
• Proven experience in policy-sensitive niches while keeping accounts healthy during scaling.
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience scaling accounts profitably.
• Hands-on AppLovin Ads / AXON experience, including scaling it as an acquisition channel.
• Direct ownership of large budgets, ideally $1M+ per month hands-on.
• Strong understanding of LTV, ROAS, payback windows, cohorts, high-value-user dynamics, unit economics, and value-based optimization.
• Deep experience with disapprovals, appeals, restrictions, ad account bans, recovery, and prevention.
• Strong creative testing discipline, measurement rigor, and end-to-end ownership with minimal supervision.
• Applicants must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET for collaboration during working hours.
