What you will do

• Complete a six-month rotational programme across Trading Operations desks.
• Gain exposure to Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, and Settlements.
• Develop an understanding of the full lifecycle of trading activity and the financial services industry.
• Collaborate with traders, technology teams, and external counterparties on real-time projects and daily operational improvements.
• Provide opinions throughout the trading day and contribute to projects with measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Location: based in the UK, with the first three months in Dublin, Ireland.
• Be a soon-to-be or recent graduate; the programme starts in early September 2027.
• Demonstrate strong numerical and logical reasoning.
• Show an identifiable interest in financial markets, current affairs, and Trading Operations.
• Bring strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, curiosity, and ambition.
