Accountant (Investment Accounting)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Fort Worth, Texas; in office Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Prepare general ledger and custody account reconciliations.
• Research and analyze account balances and transactions.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Support SOX, statutory, and SEC reporting.
• Review investment transactions and participate in ad hoc investment projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent business or accounting experience.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail orientation with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Investment experience.
• Knowledge of investment statutory accounting.
• Experience with Clearwater Analytics and OneStream.
