Senior Financial Analyst (Real Estate)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio — Key Tower, 127 Public Square

Annual base salary: $80,000–$98,000; exempt position paid bi-weekly

What you will do

• Prepare financial statements, investor reporting, and supporting schedules under the applicable accounting basis.
• Maintain reconciliations for intercompany balances and equity movements.
• Review journal entries and accruals for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare audit documentation and coordinate auditor requests.
• Support tax and legal teams with dividends, contributions, and entity compliance.
• Coordinate reporting hand-offs with third-party accounting teams and support process improvements with business and technology partners.

Requirements

• CPA designation or active progress toward CPA designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting or reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and ICA GAAP as applicable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal and third-party teams.
• Experience coordinating deliverables with third-party accounting teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Yardi or OneStream.
