Solutions Associate (Fixed Income)

What you will do

• Support Strategists in analyzing client portfolios and preparing presentations that explain hirify.global’s analysis and conclusions.
• Run risk analytics, optimizations, economic scenario analyses, and stress tests using proprietary software and external data sources.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, monitor the project queue and operating metrics, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain standard presentation materials through periodic updates.
• Develop knowledge of hirify.global investment strategies and their risks and benefits across different market environments.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Analytics, and Product Strategy groups and support ad-hoc research and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment management or investment consulting.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a self-starting, production- and results-oriented approach.
• Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for packaging content for client consumption.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with personnel at all levels.
• Strong investment knowledge across all asset classes, especially fixed income.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Reasonable proficiency with Bloomberg, databases, and other analytical tools.
• CFA designation or active participation in the CFA program.
• Insurance and actuarial experience, particularly supporting portfolio solutions or liability-driven investment strategies.
• Candidates with less experience, including recent graduates, may be considered at the Analyst level.
