Clinical Success Manager, Dosimetrist (Radiation Oncology)

Location: Remote US; working hours are 8am–5pm PT.

What you will do

• Train clinics on hirify.global’s suite of automation tools and help establish efficient workflows.
• Understand clinic issues and provide solutions independently or with the programming team.
• Conduct annual Rad Reviews, gather product feedback, share new features, support subscription renewals, and reduce churn.
• Host webinars, answer clinic questions, and highlight product features.
• Test new software versions to support development and quality assurance.
• Develop training materials for clinics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for excellence in patient care.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Mastery of treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflows.

Nice to have

• 5 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
• Teaching experience in dosimetry.
• Customer service experience.
