Senior Product Manager (iGaming)

Location: Anywhere; fully remote

What you will do

• Manage and develop products across multiple brands and GEOs.
• Analyze user behavior, product funnels, and key business metrics.
• Identify opportunities and bottlenecks through data, user research, and competitor analysis.
• Generate, validate, and prioritize product ideas that improve user experience and business results.
• Own initiatives from problem definition and requirements through release and post-launch analysis.
• Prepare product specifications and user stories, drive releases, remove blockers, and coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Analytics, Design, Content, and Technical teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on experience with B2C products in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of online casino and/or sportsbook products, user journeys, and key metrics.
• Experience evaluating product decisions through metrics, A/B tests, or other measurement methods.
• Strong ownership, independent initiative management, and the ability to work effectively with multiple priorities.
• Strong technical understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, dependencies, and product constraints.
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication; English at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Experience launching products or entering new markets.
